Read the Policies and Procedures for Undergraduates at ESE4 .

Review the training presentation for mentors,  information on funded programs, and mentor resources.

Assess the lab guide for new undergrads. We encourage you to send these documents written by Megan Garber to any new undergrads you will be mentoring.

View requests from undergraduates on the Google sheet below. If you select a student to interview/hire, add your LBL email address to the "Assigned to" column. Requests sent until February 6, 2019 are in a separate tab, make sure to check that tab too! The applicants' CVs and cover letters submitted until Feb 6, 2019 are here.
