ESE Facilities is responsible for any systems directly related to the function of the building itself at both JBEI and ABPDU, including but not limited to:
Plumbing
Electricity
HVAC
Furniture
Construction
Emergency Preparedness
Janitorial
Lighting
Engineering
Built-in equipment maintenance
Liaison with Wareham building services
Facilities at ESE have a separate JIRA queue for non-urgent service requests.
