Less than 1 liter with the following conditions:

• • There is no release into the environment

  • You know the hazards

  • You have clean-up materials

  • You have the PPE

  • Two people can safely clean up the spill in one hour or less

  • Not involving elemental mercury or beryllium. 

If all the above requirements are NOT met or if you have doubts:
