JIRA Requests
The JIRA ticketing system is ESE's project management software and is the preferred method to report any issue to ESE Operations.
Create a JIRA ticket: click the button below.
Select the correct project so your ticket is routed to the appropriate team.
Select from the following projects according to their corresponding issues:
Lab Operations: Lab Equipment issues, Space Assignments, Equipment Purchases
IT Support: All Computer issues and requests
Facilities: Building, Utilities, Alarms, and Furniture
Admin Ops: General Administration inquiries
Employment: New/Departing ESE Staff
Visitor Request: Create a JIRA ticket to alert Wareham Security and reception when to expect a visitor
Then, submit a Site Access Request via VEOCI. All business guests and visitors must submit a request by their LBNL host via VEOCI; only LBNL employees can host guests.
